After Hewlett Packard announced that the company is dumping its TouchPad, just 48 days after its arrival, HP is now selling its TouchPad 16GB units for $99 and 32GB for $149 which is attracting buyers, but hurting the brand and leaving many questions unanswered.
TouchPad is selling out in a fire sale, but there are only a few winners.
HP has long been a respected brand, but almost overnight, the company put a big stain on years of earned value, trashed trust and reputation with those buyers who initially bought the TouchPad for $499 three weeks ago, and consumers from major retailers who expects service with the TouchPad after buying from them are some of the considered losers in this fire sale.
